You have to read and acknowledge all the rules and regulations.
Stall will be confirmed on an online basis.
If a stall is not available after payment, please email us with the bank receipt, and a refund will be processed within 3 working days
Participants are allowed to book a maximum of 02 (Two) Stalls.
We will provide 8/8 (Single stall) or 16/8 (Double Stall) formica stall, table and chair. In Single stall we will provide 1 Table and two chair. In double stall 2 Table and 4 Chair. Stall holder must decorate the stall by his/her own.
During the online form signup, participants must submit a soft copy of your logo (PNG/JPEG file) and your visiting card (PNG/JPG) through the FACD-CAB authorized website. Upon completion, acknowledge the rules and regulations by tapping/clicking the "I Acknowledged" button. You will receive a copy of your acknowledgement at your provided email address.
All payments for the fair must be made via bank deposits into the specified accounts, as displayed. Bank Name: Mutual Trust Bank PLC, Account Name: FACD CAB SYLHET ZONE, Account Number: 1301000304078, Branch Name: Sylhet Branch, Sylhet.
The total stall fee must be paid in full before booking online. A valid screenshot or receipt of the payment must be submitted along with the online booking. Once payment proof is submitted, it will undergo approval by the admin panel. If the payment is not received or does not reflect in the authority's account within 48 hours the stall will become available for others automatically.
After booking confirmation or approval, any participant cannot exchange or hand over the stall to others.
Payment is non-refundable once it has been made.
During Stall decoration, all kinds of painting-related work are not allowed on the spot.
Participants are not allowed to distribute leaflets or do any other kind of marketing outside of their stalls.
No one can offer anything like free Air Ticket, Free Laptop etc
Any Chairs or tables or any kind of banner are not allowed outside the stall.
Participants are not permitted to discuss or provide support to visitors regarding the A-Z Package or bank support or any illegal support in the Fair Venue.
Marketing activities that contradict purely study abroad, such as promoting work permits, care visas, or visit visas, are not allowed on the premises.
Individuals who have not booked any stall are not permitted/allowed to distribute their visiting cards for business purposes. Disciplinary action will be taken if the allegation is found to be true.
Participants are not allowed to do any kinds of activities that could hamper the fair environment.
FACD-CAB fair committee has the right to make any necessary changes in this fair including layout, advertisement, rule(s), dates (if necessary), and even cancellation of stall/stalls.
Disciplinary action will be taken against individuals engaged in unethical activities as determined by the authority.
Facilities:
1. We will going to arrange 50$ social media promotion budget (For B to C Stall Holder)for your own campaign. That total campaign will be run in your own facebook page and you have to spend total 100$ for promotion and we will going to adjust 50$ with you.
2. We will provide breakfast, Lunch and Evening snacks in both days. For Single stall we will going to provide 3 Packets and for Double stall 5 Packets. Water bottle (Amount 4)
